Well I guess I am quickly accomplishing my goals. At least when I start spending money, I spend a lot, very quick.
I can mark the next goal off the list.
Graduate College: Check
Get a Job: Check
Buy a Car: Check (actually cash) ;)
Buy a House: Check (click)
The sellers have signed the papers, now I get the inspection (this Friday) and the loan and all that good stuff. No, unfortunatly I couldn’t pay cash for this also. I know, so sad. Closing is May 26th, so party at my place that weekend. (it’s a long weekend too) ;)

damn dude… feel free to start bankrolling some of the things on my checklist if you have some spare cash kickin’ around! congrats on the house – the old owners were pretty bad at decorating, though.
haha yea, i think im fresh out of that money stuff now. hopefully i’ll have enought when the bills come rolling in.
as far as decorating, i dont think i’ll be keeping that pink room, but we’ll see how bad i can decorate the other parts of the house
That’s funny…cuz when we were looking at it phil commented that he wanted to keep the decor ;) And it’s not pink! the decore is in purples and none of that is attached!
